ARCHI seeks to facilitate coordinated commitments and actions from organizational leaders that are committed to ARCHI’s vision and mission through becoming a partner. Each partner must also agree to adhere to the expectations outlined in the partner agreement.
ARCHI staff work in a variety of capacities to advance the ARCHI priorities including convening partners, providing data, synthesizing the evidence, engaging partners to align activities and investments, measuring progress on key indicators, and communicating with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Through a participatory process using the ReThink Health Systems Dynamics model in 2012, ARCHI identified the Atlanta Transformation Scenario as the chosen set of intervention areas and funding mechanisms.
